We are so happy with not only the product but also the level of service which Floorrich provided. Even when the renovation process was messy and not well executed by the main contractor, Floorrich was kind, understanding and made every effort to move their schedule to ensure we get the flooring we needed, and supported us throughout the process. The Floorrich team was always ready to support us from sales (Angeline Low) to installation (Ahmad). Their installation team is well trained: with a knowledgeable supervisor plus a well constructed team with each member knowing their area of expertise. I was there, and saw them work. And I was very impressed by the team work.

We had our kitchen floor done by Floorrich Global Pte Ltd.
Vic assisted and advised us throughout the whole process. She was very patient and her explanation was very clear. We can tell that she is very knowledgeable. The installer did a good job too and the workmanship was great!

Ordered the timber floor for all 4 bedrooms with Angeline from FloorRich, the overall cost is not the cheapest because they are using 3 coats of waterbased 100% polyurethane finish coating which is not toxic at all.
The quality is almost perfect and Angeline arranged twice to touch up the timber due to carpenter scratch a few area without extra charges.
I would recommend Angeline’s service if you want the best product for your floors.
